Peninsula

Tallinn, Estonia, 2020

Paljassaare peninsula is a relatively thin strip of land occupying northern Tallinn. This small cape manages to host several key-infrastructure complexes, including commercial ports, recycling center and a sewage treatment plant. In contradiction, the seaside features a public beach and a nature reserve. Inbetween rests a small township of 500 people.

These photographs were taken during the summer of 2020. This is an expeditionary-style series with a goal to capture Paljassaare through it's unique little nooks and crannies.
